Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RDH Studio(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use RDH Studio (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following:
- Account information — your name and email address, provided when you create an account.
- Usage information — actions you take in the Service, such as templates you save and templates you recently viewed, so we can power features like your dashboard.
- Payment information — when you subscribe, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details; we may receive limited information such as your subscription status.
- Technical data — basic data your browser sends (such as IP address and device/browser type) and authentication cookies needed to keep you signed in.
2. How we use your information
- to create and manage your account and subscription;
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to personalize your experience (for example, your saved and recently viewed templates);
- to communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates; and
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service, and only as needed, including:
- our hosting and database provider, which stores your account and usage data;
- our payment processor, to manage subscriptions; and
- third-party template tools (such as Canva), which you access via links and which operate under their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. These are required for the Service to function; disabling them may prevent you from logging in.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@rdhstudio.com. You can also update your account details by signing in.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
