Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of RDH Studio (the “Service”), operated by RDH Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

RDH Studio is a subscription service that gives real estate professionals access to a library of professionally designed marketing templates. Each template links to an external editor or download (for example, Canva, a Google Doc, or a file download) where you can customize it. We may add, change, or remove templates and features at any time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@rdhstudio.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, activation & billing

Access to the template library requires an active subscription. After you sign up and your payment is confirmed, an administrator activates your access. Subscription fees, billing intervals, and any applicable taxes are presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or revoke access for non-payment or for violations of these Terms.

4. License to use templates

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the templates and use them to create marketing materials for your own real estate business.

You agree that you will not:

• resell, sublicense, distribute, or share the templates or your account access with anyone else;
• claim authorship of the underlying template designs or represent them as your own original work for resale;
• copy, scrape, or bulk-download the library or any part of the Service by automated means; or
• use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing on the rights of others.

Your subscription does not transfer ownership of any template. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Your content

Any text, images, branding, or other materials you add to a template are your responsibility. You represent that you have the rights to use them and that your customized materials comply with applicable laws, including real estate advertising and fair-housing rules in your area.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and the template designs, together with all related trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by RDH Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The RDH Studio name and logo may not be used without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party services

Templates open in third-party tools such as Canva, and the Service relies on third-party providers for hosting and payments. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any template will achieve a particular marketing result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDH Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RDH Studio and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
